Over the years we have refined a very specific customer-focused process for successfully delivering projects, to give you complete clarity as to next steps, timings and how best to prioritise pending client decisions. The end product is a result of a measured and considered design, that evolves through a mutually enriching design process.
Initial consultation & Budget
The initial phase of each project is formed of preliminary studies of your projects requirements. We want to understand your needs, taste and style and how you want the space to work, along with exploring and understanding your expectations, timescale and budget.
Typically this stage is completed remotely, over the phone, or via a video call and forms the basis of the initial concept. We encourage you to share pictures of the spaces along with any measurements, concept images or drawings you have.
Concepts & Estimated Expenses
After the initial consultation, we then have enough information to start to collaborate our ideas, by putting together a mood board, bringing our expertise together to show you in more depth our ideas. This collaboration will then form the basis of our quotation, along with inspiration images and previous project ideas that would enable you to visualise both our design intent and what would be included withing the budgets.

If you would like to proceed to the next stage of design we issue a full deposit towards the order,
CAD designs, samples & Confirmation
Once your deposit payment is received, we then instruct our design team along with our manufacturing & installation team would then come together and produce a fully in-depth, detailed set of CAD plans to show every detail of the project, including all dimensions and ideas within our consultation. In this phase we like to give you as much information as possible to make sure you are happy with every detail. We also look to produce any samples of the selected materials and finishes for your approval. We then advise a face to face meeting to review this package in great detail, checking sizes, finishes, colours, even down to the access into the premises.

Production
After the design phase has all been signed off and most of the collaborative work we undertake with you is now complete. The project moves into the manufacturing phase,
Your project is handed over to our highly experienced cabinetmakers
to bring your project to life. Your creation is the assembled in our workshop, every part of the construction is then double checked to make sure it is of the highest quality before it is dismantled and passed over to our in house spry shop for finishing. Once sprayed your project is then triple checked and signed off for the next phase.
Installation
Once our team is happy and everything has been checked our office team will then send over the Pre installation invoice for payment before the scheduled installation date. Your project is then wrapped and packaged for despatch to its final destination – your or your client’s home or place of work. And with meticulous attention to detail, and minimal disturbance, our expert installations team assemble and install the finished product.
Handover
This committed dedication to obsessive detail does not end until we are 100% satisfied with the end result. As the project concludes we visit site to inspect all works and prepare a schedule of defects to work through prior to handover.
Working with our clients and 3rd party design professionals we ensure expectations are met. Once any final snags are completed, we raise the completion invoice.
